EazyTattoo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EazyTattoo platform, including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable due to the nature of our services, which include tattoos, body modifications, and related products.

2.2 Age Verification

You must provide accurate age information when creating an account. We reserve the right to:

Request age verification documentation at any time
Immediately terminate or suspend accounts suspected of being operated by minors
Delete any account confirmed to belong to a user under 18 years of age
Retain and/or share information about attempted minor access with relevant authorities where required by law

2.3 Legal Responsibility

If you are found to be under 18, you will be immediately banned from the Platform. EazyTattoo bears no responsibility for any services received by users who have misrepresented their age.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any use of false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

Violation of these Terms
Suspected fraudulent activity
Security breaches or unauthorized access
Extended periods of inactivity
Inappropriate or abusive behavior
Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our Platform or users

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

EazyTattoo charges a 2% commission fee from the service provider (seller) for each successful booking transaction processed through our Platform.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No penalty
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: 5% charge penalty applied to the client
Service providers may set their own additional cancellation policies and time frames
All cancellation fees are non-refundable

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our secure payment system
Funds are held securely until service completion
Our commission is automatically deducted before disbursement to the service provider
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the service provider and client

5. Platform Rules and Restrictions

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Create multiple accounts
Share account credentials
Use the Platform for illegal activities
Harass or abuse other users or staff
Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
Circumvent our payment system
Scrape or copy Platform content
Upload inappropriate or offensive content
Interfere with Platform operations

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content posted must be:

Legal and appropriate
Accurately representing services
Free from explicit or inappropriate material
Respectful of intellectual property rights
In compliance with local regulations

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Provider Liability

EazyTattoo is a platform connecting clients with service providers. We:

Do not perform or directly provide any tattoo or body modification services
Are not responsible for the quality of services provided
Do not guarantee the accuracy of service provider information
Are not liable for any injuries, damages, or unsatisfactory results

6.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but:

Do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Are not liable for any Platform downtime
May suspend service for maintenance or updates
Reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Technical failures
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All Platform content, including:

Logos and trademarks
Design elements
Text and graphics
Software and code is the exclusive property of EazyTattoo and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By posting content on our Platform, you:

Retain your intellectual property rights
Grant us a license to use and display your content
Warrant that you have the right to share such content

8. Privacy and Data Protection
